Bathroom Remodeling
I can't believe it is finally done.. anyway, for the most part. I still have some touch up on the already existing walls to fix but IT IS DONE! The project wouldn't have been so bad except for the fact that I ran in to some problems with the shower curtain. Ruffles and I do not get along AT ALL! Courtney helped to do most of the sanding and I love that she is honest when it comes to things that don't look good... She has a pretty good sense of what goes and what doesn't. I can't take any of the credit because I can't come up with things like this on my own. At http://www.makit-loveit.com she has all the tutorials listed on how to make all the cute things I did. The only thing I came up with on my own was the one rosebud in the double frame on the right.. Yup. Came up with that all by myself. I hope you enjoy!! Now it's on to Melissa's bathroom to hang the bead board and baseboards. I should be a pro by now... right? We shall see.. More to come!
Here it is!!!!!!!!
Thanks to my friend, Melissa, for these cute frames. I love how the cloth flowers turned out.

Office Gift/Teacher Gift
These gifts are inexpensive and were inspired by sistersstuff.blogspot.com.I bought the plastic picture frames at Walmart for $1 and found a 6 pk of post it notes on clearance for 75 cents. Using my scraps I cut a 3.5" X 5" piece of paper, placed it in the frame and then tied ribbon on each of them. I used mini dots to connect the post it pad to the frame. As I have mentioned, I am a third grade teacher and am the team leader. I will be giving these to the rest of my team when we come back to school.
I love to craft!!! I just don't have the imagination to create. I usually find all my ideas somewhere else and will always give credit where credit is due.

Cards!
I took some of my scraps and went to work.
Here are examples of using asymmetrical lines. I like simple cards so I don't put a lot on them.
The second pic is dots. I have left these cards blank so that they can be used for any occasion. When I get orders most people like to have a variety of tags so they can use them for different occasions.

New Territory!
As I have spent endless hours trying to find cute fun things to do while I have my summer off, I decided to log or "blog" some of the crafty things I do myself. Pictured are all the scraps of paper I have to use so it's time to be creative and see what I can come up with.
This is new territory for me because I am not too familiar with blogging and have to rely on many to help me figure this out. I'm sure that once I begin playing around with this a little more, I will begin to figure it out on my own.. Wish me Luck!
